Our Client is a leading IT consulting firm looking for a Program Manager (PMO) to assist with streamlining an internal M&A programs. Work closely with the project leader to understand the strategic objectives of the simplification initiative. • Support in developing a comprehensive simplification plan and program dashboard that outlines the key milestones, KPIs, tasks, and timelines for the entire simplification process. • Closely collaborate with key stakeholder teams (HR, IT, Finance, other business streams etc.) and ensure project plan tracking. • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with leadership (progress updates, weekly check-ins, steering committee). • Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the simplification project and address any concerns or issues that may arise. • Facilitate collaboration among different functional teams involved in the simplification. • Regularly monitor and report on the progress including KPI tracking of the leadership. • Monitor and report the specific simplification budget actual vs budgeted across all work streams. • Share experience and learning across the organization, bringing in internal teams where appropriate (process change enablement, business consulting services…).
